About Me

I am Isabel Tuppen, and I am passionate about caring for people - helping clients to heal their bodies and minds. The Little Clinic was established in 2016 to provide Reflexology for all. From the very old to the very young, we love all feet!

After experiencing a transformational course of reflexology treatments for myself in early 2015 I decided to train at the Wilbury School of Massage and Reflexology in Brighton under the inspirational Elizabeth Ross Talbot. I am certified by ITEC, and registered and regulated by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

In my previous life I studied Human Sciences at University College London. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in 2001.  My specialisms included anatomy, physiology, psychology and the history of medicine. And so began my journey into human form and function.

My husband and I have three feisty young children and have enjoyed travelling the world with them, including a spell living in the Far East.  Until 2015 I worked extensively with young children as a qualified mainstream and Montessori Early Years Teacher and I love introducing young people to the benefits of reflexology.
